i.How it works

Three screens. From your craft to a launch.

Not a course. Not a template. The actual deliverable, written using your actual intake. The whole flow takes one sitting.

01Discovery → Direction

Tell us what you make. Get back five real angles.

A short, opinionated intake — what you make, what you enjoy about it, where you are. We mirror your words back so you know we actually heard you, then surface five directions worth your time: knowledge, creative assets, signature style, process, or behind the scenes content.

Six spec’d products. One marked “Start here.” One curveball.

Inside your direction, six concrete digital products fully spec'd — title, software, difficulty, time, price band, file list, and a one-line "why for you" that names your actual edge. The "Start here" is the lowest-friction first ship. The curveball is the lateral pick you wouldn't have written down yourself.

03Launch Kit

Five platform-tuned deliverables. One cross-platform email.

Once you pick a product, we generate the full launch kit for the platform we recommend — Gumroad, Etsy, Shopify, or Stan. Listing copy, tags & SEO, hero image direction, pricing strategy, two social posts, and a launch email. Other platforms sit in tabs — switch any time and the kit regenerates.

ii.Built on real shipped work

Modeled after a maker who’s done it. Ten years. $50k last year. Brushes from $7 to $34.

The planner encodes a decade of real selling — what she’d ask herself before a launch, how she’d price, how she’d write the listing. Here’s the flow as a Procreate brush maker actually walks through it.

c.The methodology behind every prompt

Why the planner reads like Teela wrote it herself.

The prompts behind every screen aren’t generic. They’re written from the principles Teela uses on her own launches — what to name, where to anchor price, what to put in the hero shot, how to write the email.

Most product generators write listings that sound like product generators. This one sounds like a maker who’s shipped a hundred of them, because the playbook behind it is hers.

The Teela playbook
4 / 12 principles
01
Naming
Name the moment, not the medium.
The listing doesn't say “watercolor brushes.” It says “the wet-on-wet bleed.” That's what someone is searching for, even before they know it.
02
Pricing
Anchor against the closest comp.
Every price is set against the nearest competing product on the platform — never against your hourly rate. That's how you survive a sale week.
03
Hero shot
Show the brush doing its job.
The hero image is the brush on real work — not a flat pack mockup. The conversion lives in someone seeing the result, not the file.
04
Email
Name one specific brush, every time.
"The watercolor pack" loses. "The bleed brush I keep coming back to" wins. The launch email names one specific thing every single send.

“The decisions I used to make over a week — direction, scope, price, copy — the planner asks me in twenty minutes. That’s the whole thing.”

— Teela, the brush maker the planner is modeled after
iii.Who it's for

You’ve made beautiful work for years. You know there’s a digital product hiding in it. You can’t quite see what.

For ceramicists, illustrators, hand-letterers, woodturners, fiber artists — anyone who has the craft and is missing the package.

iv.A note from the maker

I built this for my wife, Teela.

She’s been selling Procreate brushes for ten years. Last year she crossed $50k in digital product sales — every dollar of it earned by sitting in front of a blank Etsy listing and figuring out, again, what to make and how to write it.

Every launch had the same questions. Which idea? Which platform? What price? What do I say in the post? She’d worked out her own answers — a quiet, ten-year-tested process — but she’d worked them out in her head, alone, every single time.

The planner is that process, written down. It’s what I wish she’d had on launch number one.

vi.Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Yes — the reflection, directions, product specs, and launch copy are AI-generated. But the prompts behind every screen encode a decade of real selling. The point isn't magic, it's removing guesswork from a process someone has already worked out the hard way.

Stop guessing. Start shipping.
